Return Policy

If the return is the result of an error made by us, your shipping costs will be refunded. E-mail us first at custserv@klapnklip.com before you ship back the item(s), and inform us which product(s) you are returning. Please repackage the product(s) in the original packing materials (some of our products come in a gift box), and package in a corregated box for protection. Enclose the packing slip and instructions with the the product to be returned, and please send it back via the United States Postal Service.
